This is nothing but the truth: 2 Chainz and Drake have already shot a video for their collaborative song 'No Lie.' The song is from the Atlanta rapper's upcoming studio effort 'Based on a T.R.U. Story.' The clip was filmed in Los Angeles and features a guest appearance from rap trio Travis Porter.

VIBE was able to get some behind-the-scenes footage and show the mood on the set. "The vibe altogether on the set is real laid-back," says 2 Chainz. "If you know anything about Drake’s persona and my personality, it's like we’re just cooling."

Since 2 Chainz will be hitting the road with Drake on his Club Paradise tour, he felt it was the perfect time to drop 'No Lie' on rap fans. "I think it brings back the element of surprise in hip-hop," he says of the collaboration. "I'm a fan of hip-hop … so I wanted to inject some ideas that I felt we was missing. So I thought people would be surprised that they saw me and Drake do something so I went with it."

No word on when the video will drop, but judging by the photos (thanks to Complex), Drizzy was having a really good time puffing on that hookah.

2 Chainz's album 'Based on a T.R.U. Story' will arrive in stores on Aug. 14. No lie.
