There were plenty of best dressed nominees, but there were a few pop stars that led the pack. Taylor Swift looked absolutely dazzling in a stunning gold, sequined gown. Her smooth, wavy locks also added to her vintage Hollywood glam look. Rihanna also looked like a class act at the Billboard Awards, sporting a white, tailored suit and her short, fiery red locks.
