Your Badge – 2013 SXSW Survival Guide

Your SXSW badge is your key to getting into all the shows that you've registered for -- and this bad boy is expensive.

It's a good idea to keep your SXSW badge on your person (preferably in the literal sense) at all times to risk losing it. Wearing it around your neck inside your shirt is a safe bet; attaching it anywhere else risks it being knocked off of you by accidentally or snatched up by a thief deliberately. Either way, it's not a good situation.

Also keep a copy or two of your receipts for your badge just in case it should go missing. You can get copies of your receipts from your shopping cart and transaction history on the SXSW website.
