The 2014 Kids' Choice Awards are rapidly approaching (they air Saturday, March 29) -- and some of our all-time favorite pop stars are competing for the title of Favorite Female Singer. It's a tough choice: Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez and Lady Gaga are all duking it out to be the champion. Which lovely lady of pop is most deserving of the blimp award?

As always, Taylor Swift is a fan-favorite! In 2014, T. Swift topped Billboard's 'Money Makers' list -- meaning that she earned the highest income of all artists in 2013 (based on touring, record and digital sales and more). This past year, Swift toured extensively in support of her latest album, 'Red,' and has been working hard on her yet-to-be-titled new album. She also released some new music this year, including the tune 'Sweeter Than Fiction' with Jack Antonoff of fun.

This past year has been an incredible one for Katy Perry. The singer released her fourth studio album, 'Prism,' in October 2013, spawning the instant hit singles 'Roar,' 'Unconditionally' and 'Dark Horse.' 'Prism' has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S. and Perry has been a constant radio fixture. We can't stop singing her songs!

Selena Gomez has had her fair share of musical highs in 2013 -- the singer released her first solo album, 'Stars Dance,' in July. 'Stars Dance' spawned Gomez's most successful hit to date, with 'Come & Get It' reaching the No. 1 spot on the charts. The entire album was also a hit, debuting at the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart. Gomez also toured throughout the year in support of her album and continues to hit up dates in 2014.

Lady Gaga also saw a new album in late 2013, releasing the highly anticipated 'ARTPOP' in October of this past year. The album spawned her hit 'Applause,' which received a ton of radio airplay and charted in the Top 10 in more than 20 countries. Though buzz persists that Gaga's 'ARTPOP' and subsequent tour has been a failure, Mother Monster is still going strong, and is set to be a keynote speaker at the SXSW music festival this week.
