Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown Lead 2015 BET Awards Nominations

Nicki Minaj and Chris Brown lead the 2015 BET Awards nominations, which were announced earlier today. Both artists have six nominations each, while Lil Wayne and Beyonce are both up for four awards. Also notable are the nominees for Best Female Hop Hop artist -- both Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks are up for the award, and in case you're not sure why that's notable, Banks once declared that she wanted to "throw a jar of piss" at Azalea.

Banks, however, is not a fan of the BET awards, by her own admission. Following the announcement, Banks posted on Twitter, writing, "I really hate getting nominated for @bet awards. They're so bogus." She went on to claim that the award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist goes to Nicki Minaj every year. And to be fair, Minaj tied Missy Elliott's record following her fifth time winning the award last year. You can check out her tweets below.

The 2015 BET Awards will air on BET on Sunday June 28 at 8PM ET.
