Bette Midler has confirmed she'll be performing at the 2019 Oscars.

The actress will sing a song from Mary Poppins Returns, according to a recent tweet. Midler, 73, will perform "The Place Where Lost Things Go." She's looking forward to it, according to her Twitter post.

"So, (drum roll) Ladies and Gentlemen, I will be chanteusing (that's singing) on the Oscars on Feb 24...the nominated song from 'Mary Poppins'...'The Place Where Lost Things Go'....so excited!!!" She tweeted.

In the film, Emily Blunt sings the song. It was written by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman. Shaiman addressed Midler's performance on Facebook, revealing that he was overjoyed with the selection as a longtime fan of Midler's.

"As a child of the 60s, I grew up obsessed with the 'Mary Poppins' soundtrack, learning everything about songwriting and film scoring from it. As a teenager in the 70's, I became obsessed with new star Bette Midler, who fate amazingly led me to, resulting in our 40 year relationship," he wrote. "Could I have ever imagined that one day Bette Midler would sing a song I co-wrote with Scott Wittman for a sequel to 'Mary Poppins' at the Academy Awards?! My heart is exploding!!!!"

Midler has performed at the Oscars before. In 2014 she performed "Wind Beneath My Wings" from Beaches during the ceremony's In Memoriam tribute. She has also been a nominee, up for Best Actress in 1979 and 1991.

Jennifer Hudson, Gillian Welch, David Rawlings, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga are also confirmed to be performing at the Oscars. Hudson will sing "I'll Fight," from RBG; Welch and Rawlings will before "When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings," from The Ballad of Buster Scruggs; and Cooper and Gaga will sing "Shallow" from A Star Is Born. Each of the above mentioned songs are nominated for awards.

This year will be the first time in Oscars history that the show is without a host. The 2018 Oscars will be held on Feb. 24.
