So, okay. Remember when YG Entertainment put out a teaser photo a few days ago suggesting SOMEONE would be dropping new material on November 21 at 21:00? And, since the premiere date was covered in "21"-ness, the natural assumption made by overly eager Blackjacks online was that 2NE1 was prepping a comeback? Well, that assumption was wrong — 3/4ths of the way wrong, anyway.

2NE1 isn't dropping new music togther just yet: Solo starlet (and soon-to-be-international-crossover sensation) CL is.

Earlier in the week — with the help of G-Dragon, Taeyang, YG Entertainment's own Yang Hyun-suk and 2NE1's Dara — CL revealed the letters of her brand new solo track: "Hello Bitches." (If that's not an appropriate title for The Baddest Female, I don't know what is.)

CL has only kept the Instagram promo game going strong, revealing the fierce artwork for "Hello Bitches" yesterday, which will premiere on Noisey at 7 PM ET and be made available for free download on Soundcloud. With any luck, this'll provide enough fire to (finally) launch CL's long, long, long delayed English debut.

And really, this couldn't be better timed from a pop culture standpoint.

Adele: "Hello, it's me..."
CL: "Hello, bitches."

In CL, we trust.
