Amanda Bynes has been released from the psychiatric facility where she has been held since Oct. 10, and has reportedly been wandering around L.A.'s Sunset Strip.

TMZ reports that the troubled actress, 28, was released after reporting to a mandatory hearing at the facility yesterday, Oct. 30. Though, as the site claims, Bynes "has been on her meds and sounds lucid," doctors are reportedly seriously concerned about the star's well-being and mental health. TMZ reports that the hearing officer saw Bynes as "stable enough" so that she could no longer be held involuntarily, despite the 30-day hold that she was placed under just recently.

Since Bynes' release, the actress was reportedly seen wandering around Sunset Blvd., looking for a hotel and eating at Mel's Diner.

Bynes' mom has been granted another temporary conservatorship over her daughter. PEOPLE reports that while Lynn Bynes now has control over the actress' medical and financial needs, she has no control over her psychiatric treatment.

We continue to extend our best wishes to Amanda Bynes and her family during this difficult time.
