Glamberts have done it again! Thanks to their votes, Adam Lambert's 'Trespassing' has taken an overwhelming win in last week's About to Pop poll. You know what that means -- Lambert's latest single will receive 20+ spins this coming weekend on our radio show (airing Saturday, Oct. 6 and Sunday, Oct. 7). So, what do we have in store for this week's About to Pop duel? The guys from One Direction are up first, nominated for their newest single 'Live While We're Young.' Be forewarned though, once you listen to this infectious feel-good tune, it will be stuck in your head for all of eternity -- "Let's go crazy, crazy, crazy till we see the sun!" SEE?! Then we have Pitbull, who has churned out another dance floor anthem in the form of 'Don't Stop the Party,' featuring TJR. It has clear Latino influences, with a big horn section and echoing drums as well as a lot of Spanish lyrics -- however, there's plenty of English parts for his non-bilingual listeners.

Pink is also giving About to Pop another go with 'Try,' as is Cher Lloyd, who makes a second appearance with her latest single 'Oath.' Pink's ballad is the second official release off of her No. 1 album 'The Truth About Love.' It has a melancholy and uplifting vibe simultaneously, with Pink relating to all of us heartbroken lovers out there while offering up beautifully-delivered words of hope, as well. Lloyd's 'Oath,' on the other hand, is a much more lighthearted, pop-rap track about the strong bonds a friendship can hold. The track reflects Lloyd's spunky yet sweet attitude, and has one infectious hook will surely stick with you.

And closing out this week's About to Pop is band you might not have heard of yet, the Lumineers. Although their style could mainly be described as folk-rock, they've managed to cross over into pop territory with their single 'Ho Hey.' The song has a haunting quality, with lyrics about losing the love of your life and reflecting on the way things could've been. However the stomps,  tambourine, mandolin and continuous "ho, hey" chants give it a warm feeling at the same time.
