While high school can be torturous for some people, Adam Levine kind of owes his fame to Brentwood School in Los Angeles. You see, 'The Voice' coach actually met his future Maroon 5 bandmates (Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, and former drummer Ryan Dusick) while attending school there.

While most students were busy studying biology, algebra and literature, Levine and his 'Harder to Breathe' brethren were dreaming of becoming famous, writing music together under the moniker Kara's Flowers, which they later changed to Maroon 5.
