She's baaaack! Adele has bounced back and made a full recovery post-throat surgery, assuring fans that she's doing well via Twitter!

"Back on the grind. Hair and make up did," the soulful 'Someone Like You' songstress tweeted Wednesday, framing her made-up head in her hands. At the end, she sent well wishes to her fans, saying, "Merry Christmas! Axx."

The sugary sweet tweet was Adele's first in two weeks, so it was especially nice to hear that she's on the mend after going under the knife to remove a polyp just a few weeks ago.

The British songstress reported most recently that her doctors wanted her to take a few months to recover -- putting her back at the mic in February. "It’s gonna be a lot easier for me to sing now," she said earlier this month. "And mentally I won’t be worried about my voice on stage anymore. So I have to get used to that."

It seems that Miss Adele was just too eager to wait to return to work, and is already doing her Adele thang once again. According to an inside source, she is "in a great place at the moment... She recently started some basic vocal training [but] she's taking it slowly."

The source added that the 23-year-old songstress has a clear schedule until her appearance at the Grammys, and she wants to keep it that way -- low key. "She's hoping the first half of next year can be pretty low-key -- no concerts, TV shows, magazine interviews, music or anything like that," the source reports. "As she puts it, she wants to just take it easy and enjoy a well deserved break, with no pressure to record or perform."

You go, Adele! You definitely deserve the break.
