Are you ready to meet your next pop obsession? 'Cause if the name of their new single is anything to go by, AJR are ready to meet you!

The quirky, upbeat 'I'm Ready' is the first taste most of us are getting of the New York City-based brother trio, who started performing together in 2007. Multitalented siblings Adam, Jack and Ryan -- the "AJR" of the group's name -- range in age from 16 to 23, with the youngest, Jack, still attending high school! It's said that the family that plays together stays together, and AJR keep nearly every part of their act in the family, from songwriting to instrumentation.

The bros are even credited with writing, arranging, recording, designing, editing and directing the lyric video for 'I'm Ready' (above). The black-and-white clip contains 1,000 different photos of the guys taken all around NYC and edited together to resemble a flip book. The full official video for 'I'm Ready' drops in October, so be sure to subscribe to their Vevo channel to be among the first to see it.

We hope AJR take the title of their single to heart and are really ready to make a bunch of new fans: They're scheduled to support Demi Lovato this weekend at the L.A. County Fair in Pomona, Calif., before an estimated crowd of 10,000!
