Alicia Keys is baring it all -- for a good cause.

The 'Fallin' singer took to Instagram over the weekend to share a professional shot of herself posing naked with a giant white peace sign painted on her baby bump. Of course, the pianist looked absolutely flawless -- but more importantly, she was helping further a cause that she's passionate about.

"It’s you and me on a mission to create a kinder and more peaceful world," Keys captioned the photo. "The #WeAreHere Movement begins today."

The 'We Are Here' movement was started by Keys in order to unite people to raise awareness about worldwide issues, including poverty, gender discrimination, LGBTQ youth suicide, gun violence and more.

"As I prepare to give birth to my new child, I can't help but think what world I'm bringing the baby into," Keys said in a speech she made at New York City's 92nd Street Y over the weekend (quote via PEOPLE). "We see the state of the world today and we can all feel the frustration and the desire to do something to make it better. We all want to do something but oftentimes we don't feel empowered. That is why I created 'We Are Here.' Because it's not about me. It's about we."
