Adam Brock ‘Thinks’ He Is White Chocolate and Proves It on ‘American Idol’

'American Idol' contestant Adam Brock is self-proclaimed "White Chocolate." He proved it during his first live performance on tonight's episode (Feb. 28), during which he sang Aretha Franklin's 'Think.' One way to prove you are White Chocolate is to tackle a signature song by the undisputed Queen of Soul!

'Retha is no joke and neither is Brock, who turned in a performance loaded with soul. He was strong from beginning to end, but he truly delivered with a big finish, which he needed to do in order to stand out in a strong batch of contestants.

This Western Pennsylvanian also stood out by tucking a Pittsburgh Steelers' rally tall in his back pocket during his performance for good luck. We loved that has has mad PGH pride. Maybe his fellow Steel City musicians Mac Miller or Wiz Khalifa will want to duet with him if he goes far in this competition. Overall, though, Brock going far in this competition is a distinct possibility.

Randy Jackson commended Brock, who is also a father, on his '70s-inspired, blue-eyed soul style. It was a strong, solid and stellar performance on tonight's live episode, which featured all the boys competing.
