‘American Idol’ Contestant Stefano Langone Signs Deal With Hollywood Records

Remember 'American Idol' season 10 contestant Stefano Langone? He suffered injuries in a car accident in which he was hit by a drunk driver, but that didn't stop him from pursuing his dreams. One of his performances reduced Jennifer Lopez to tears, thanks to his big, emotional voice. Now, he is the latest addition to the Hollywood Records roster. We knew we'd hear from Langone again even though he didn't make it to the final two or win his season of 'Idol.'

Langone spent the summer touring as part of the 'American Idol LIVE!' tour, gaining fans along the way while his management team worked on the logistics of securing his label deal while he concentrated on important matters, like performing and touring.

Langone is psyched about starting the next chapter of his career. "I feel blessed to have gotten this opportunity with Hollywood Records,” he said. “I think it is a great fit for me and I’m so excited and hungry for what’s to come."

Langone is also a celebrity supporter of Padres Contra El Cancer, a health and education program launched by actress Eva Longoria. His philanthropic involvement should help increase his visibility.
