Cristabel Clack, a 29-year-old worship leader who hails from San Antonio, Texas, made her hometown proud tonight (Jan. 30) with her stunning ‘American Idol’ audition. Her blowaway performance of Alicia Keys’ ‘If I Ain’t Got You’ captured the attention – and quite possibly the hearts – of all four judges.

Clack’s family is extremely important to her, but her devotion to her husband of seven years and their three children hasn’t distracted her from pursuing her passion. In fact, their unfailing love and support was a huge driving force behind her appearance on ‘Idol.’ Her rendition of the catchy R&B tune showcased powerful vocals with a soulful spirit to match.

“I loved that you put your own little runs at the end of some of the phrases … It was beautiful to listen to,” commented Keith Urban. Mariah Carey was quick to agree. “It’s obvious that you’re a real singer. You just sang the song how you felt it. I know you, I get you, I love you,” she said.

“Nice choices - some of those choices you made different from her and I still enjoyed it. I may have enjoyed some of your choices even better,” praised Nicki Minaj, comparing her take on the song to Keys' original version.

It was a unanimous and emphatic “yes!” from the panelists, so be sure to keep an eye out for Clack. She just might be the next ‘American Idol.’
