If you took one look at Heejun Han on tonight's episode of  'American Idol,' and said, "Wow, he'll have a great, soulful sound," then you might want to pursue a career in clairvoyance. We did not see that voice coming! For someone who's never sung in front of any of his family or friends, we were really expecting the worst from Han, but he delivered.

The 20-something Korean native from Flushing, N.Y. was full of nervous energy, but was totally endearing to the judging triumvirate of Steven Tyler, J. Lo and Randy Jackson. Walking in the room, Heejun remarked seeing the three was like being in a wax museum as he nervously shook his sillies out.

As Han finally started into his rendition of Michael Bolton's 'How Am I Supposed To Live Without You,' we were blind-sided by the smooth soulfulness of his voice. Holy moly! This boy can sing!

After finishing, Randy Jackson remarked, "I am really impressed and shocked." You can say that again, dawg. Finally, Han got a combination of six thumbs up from the judging panel and he was the first from Pittsburgh to punch his ticket to Hollywood. In Heejun's own words, "Hollywooooooooooooooooooood! I'm coming."
