Billy Joel's "Uptown Girl" may referred to a stuffy socialite, but last night (August 27), Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer very eagerly dressed her down.

Joel, whose Billy Joel in Concert brought him most recently to Chicago's Wrigley Field, updated his 1983 hit with the help of the two actresses...or, at least the choreography that accompanies the tune.

In the video above, and in front of thousands, Schumer, Lawrence and some pals offer shimmies, shoops and modified Rockettes kicks as Joel plays to the sold-out crowd. Still, the ladies aren't content keeping their routine grounded. After stripping off their shoes, they climb onto the band's piano and proceed to have more fun dancing than any human should have the right to. Go ahead and take that bow, ladies—well-deserved.

And while it might seem like Schumer and Lawrence have been pals forever, Lawrence told the New York Times that they only recently met after Lawrence saw Schumer's summer comedy, Trainwreck, and insisted on connecting.

"Amy and I were creatively made for each other,” J. Law said, and shared that she and Schumer are also in the process of writing a movie together. “We have different flavors. It’s been the most fun experience of my life. We start the day off on the phone, laughing."
