U2's 'Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me' was a big hit for the rockers back in the late '90s, and the track also has one of the most memorable animated videos from that era.

The clip opens with 'Batman Forever' footage of Jim Carrey as the Riddler, then switches to animation as the song's crunching guitar riffs kick in. 'Hold Me...' was recorded for the blockbuster film, so the music video blends clips of its star-studded cast — Val Kilmer, Tommy Lee Jones, Nicole Kidman, Drew Barrymore — with cartoon images of the guys from U2 performing live. Bono even gets to become a Batman villain himself in the form of his MacPhisto and Fly personas.
