Anna Graceman took the 'America's Got Talent' stage on Tuesday in pursuit of the finals, but will she find her place among the Top 4? The young hopeful delivered a big-voiced rendition of Cyndi Lauper's 'True Colors' while standing on a grassy knoll at the center of the stage without her usual piano crutch.

The 11-year-old favorite gave it her all, but still pulled some light criticism from the judges. Piers told her that she "missed quite a few notes and it was flat," but on the biggest notes, she was absolute perfection. He made the "obvious comparison" to Jackie from last season, though he did say, "I don't think she had a voice that was as big as yours."

Sharon wasn't too pleased by Anna's grassy perch, and told her that she would have liked to see her work the stage a bit more. Howie, ever the optimist, told Anna, "you're brilliant, you're already a star."

When the preteen got a chance to explain herself, she told the judges that she didn't use a piano because she "wanted to connect with my audience," and said she felt it got in the way sometimes -- quite a mature realization for someone her age.

As for us, we loved Anna's take on Cyndi and believe she'll go far ... Even if it's not in this competition.
