Anne Hathaway Does Warrior Chic in Gucci Dress at 2014 Oscars [PHOTOS]

Anne Hathaway was at the center of a fashion storm at last year’s Oscars, during which she picked up the Best Supporting Actress Oscar, for swapping out her planned Valentino for a ho-hum pink Prada dress since it was too similar to what her co-star Amanda Seyfried was wearing. How did Hathaway do this year?

A. Hath was a presenter at the 2014 Oscars ceremony, wearing a black Gucci dress with a major slit and a blingy bodice that made us think “Warrior chic”! Some fashion critics felt it was a bit too dressed down and more after party appropriate. It wasn’t our favorite look of the night, either.

Anne has a to-die-for figure, but her the scale-like, blingy bodice and halter neckline felt a bit too warrior-like.

We liked the back better, since it showed off her smooth, creamy skin and there was a slit, too. Unexpected!
