Ariana Grande Joins Chris Pratt for New ‘SNL’ Promo Videos

What do you get when you put together one of 2014's biggest actors and hottest pop stars? The 40th season premiere of 'Saturday Night Live'!

Host Chris Pratt was joined by musical guest Ariana Grande for some quick, funny promos for the Sept. 27 episode. We would never expect to see these two ribbing each other, yet they manage to subtly poke fun at each other in total 'SNL' style. (Bonus points go to Ariana, who shows off her comedic timing!)

In the first clip, the two start off by complimenting each other, before Ariana falters and things get a little ... awkward. Eek! In the second of the promos, it's Chris' turn to be a little politically incorrect.

We were already psyched for the return of 'SNL,' but these clips just made us so much more excited. Plus, we can't wait to see Chris and Ariana show off their chops on the iconic comedy stage.
