Ariana Grande teased her fans Friday night on Instagram with a little snippet from her upcoming single, "Dangerous Woman." The single shares the same name of her upcoming third studio album, which currently doesn't have an announced release date. However, a mysterious countdown on the album's official site suggests that both the single and album will drop on March 11.

"6 days till dangerous woman," the 22-year-old pop star wrote in the caption.

The clip indicates that fans can expect a more down tempo, retro-funk sound compared to her lead single "Focus," which peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The brief preview comes as Arianators eagerly await her anticipated followup to 2014's My Everything. Grande previously revealed that the album's title was going to be Moonlight. The singer told Jimmy Kimmel last month, "A really long time ago, I was convinced that it was gonna be called Moonlight because it’s one of my favorite songs that we did for the album. Now there’s this other song that’s sort of thrown me for a whirlwind and I love it so much and it’s just sort of changed everything.”

If Dangerous Woman ends up dropping on March 11, the timing would coincide with her scheduled appearance on Saturday Night Live the very next day, March 12.

So, Arianators, are you looking forward to hearing more from "Dangerous Woman" after Ariana's brief preview?
