Atlanta rhyme-slinger 2 Chainz is not a new jack in the rap game. In 2007, he was known as Tity Boi with the rap duo Playerz Circle. They had a chart-topping hit single with 'Duffle Bag Boyz,' on Ludacris' Disturbing the Peace imprint. After releasing two albums on the label, Playerz Circle disbanded in 2009.

After a two-year hiatus and a name change, 2 Chainz is back and getting a second chance to shine on the mic. "When I did ‘Duffle Bag Boyz’ in ’07 that was like my first look," he tells HipHopDX. "Now this right here would be my second chance. You know, like, 2 Chainz, second chance."

The rapper is making his second go-around at stardom count this time. In 2011, 2 Chainz made guest appearances on songs with every rapper in the business including Big Sean, Lil Wayne and David Banner. Not to mention, he had the streets on lock with his get-money anthem, 'Spend It.' The third time's the charm, but we're thinking 2 Chainz's got it in the second round. -- Trent Fitzgerald
