The former 'Hannah Montana' star's squeaky clean image went up in smoke when a video leaked of her ripping a bong filled with salvia, a mind-altering substance that causes you to scream like a banshee about someone looking like your ex-boyfriend, apparently. The video was supposed to be private, but thanks to some bad luck and some friends who couldn't help but blow up Miley's spot, the clip managed to find its way onto the Internet for everyone in the world to see the songstress tripping her face off.
