Our 2012 Artist to Watch alum A$AP Rocky is getting a major look on the February/March cover of Complex magazine. The 23-year-old Harlemite rapper is joined by Jeremy Scott, a trailblazing clothing designer whom legendary fashion God Karl Lagerfeld calls "Fashion’s Last Rebel."

Although the two look like prizefighters ready to duke it out in the ring, that's hardly the case. In fact, they both have a mutual appreciation for each other. A$AP Rocky (aka "Pretty Flaco") has been flaunting Scott's iconic Adidas "Wings" kicks in all of his videos, while Scott, himself, respects Rocky's swag to the fullest.

In the issue, the two chop it up about fashion, music and what their respective cultures mean to them. "This is more than just a rapper and a designer getting together," Rocky tells Complex. "This is bringing the cultures together and clashing them."

Scott says that hip-hop culture has had a major influence in how he designs his clothes. "Hip-hop is one of the only communities that really started its own trends," he says. It's the only new music that's come along in eons."

Rocky and Scott also talk about their struggles to get to the level of success that they are having right now. For Rocky, he credits his success to God and his late brother, who encouraged him to pursue music before his untimely death.

"God is blessing me and it’s been a long time coming," he says of his newfound fame. "I've been poor. I've been hood rich. I've been heartbroken. I've been sad. God is great, man. And I plan to keep Him in my life -- and my brother. I'll never forget about him, ever."

Now A$AP Rocky is almost famous. Swag, swag.

Complex's February / March 2012 issue hits newsstands on Feb. 7.
