August Alsina is reportedly still in the hospital after fainting on stage while performing in New York City earlier this week (Sept. 15).

TMZ reports that the musician has been in the ICU at the hospital since Monday night due to suffering multiple seizures after his collapse in front of a live audience. A source tells the site that doctors did not find any evidence of drugs other than marijuana, and believe his fainting was a result of dehydration and exhaustion.

On Monday night, one of Alsina's guards, Terrence, gave fans an update via Instagram, saying, “Yungin’ is okay and making a full recovery. He was super dehydrated. He’s good, he’s stable, he’s sleeping like a baby!”

Earlier in the week, Alsina released a music video for the remix of 'No Love' featuring Nicki Minaj. His latest album, 'Testimony,' was released on Apr. 15, and he was performing in New York City as one of the last stops in the Testimony Live Tour. Alsina's scheduled appearance in Cincinnati, Ohio, last night was canceled. No word yet on whether he will perform as scheduled in Kansas City, Mo., on Sept. 21 -- the last stop on the tour.
