Austin Mahone is a Dreamboat on the Beach in ‘Heart in My Hands’ Video

Austin Mahone is a bit deceptive in the description of his new ‘Heart in My Hands’ video, which he describes as “live on the beach.” It’s not live — he can’t harmonize like that without some sort of accompaniment, and considering it’s filmed in more than one setting on the actual beach, it clearly wasn’t done in one live take.

But we’ll forgive him, because it’s pure teen idol gold: Clad in all white, Mahone croons to the girl he loves about having his arms around her waist, he’s like Justin Bieber‘s baby brother. The smiles, the pouts, the bangs — it’s cheesy, it’s manufactured, it’s adorable and it works.
