Azealia Banks is having a phenomenal year so far with several magazine covers, a hot mixtape and a lipstick launch under her belt. The Harlem native also collaborated with two big music superstars -- Kanye West and Lady Gaga.

In an interview with Brazil's Mix TV (via Rap-Up), Banks spoke about her experience with Yeezy in the studio. "Working with Kanye was a lot of fun," she recalled. "I just kind of went out to Hawaii for vacation, and he has a studio out there and he was just like, 'You should really come to the studio.' So I went to the studio and just worked it out.”

As for her collaboration with Mother Monster, Banks didn't get a chance to really connect with her. "I worked with Lady Gaga, but I worked with Lady Gaga from afar. We worked via email and via Internet,” she explains. “We have a song called ‘Red Flame’ and we also have a song called ‘Ratchet,’ but I don’t know what she’s doing with it. She’s going to release it when she wants to release it.”

Hopefully, Lady Gaga will add the two songs to her upcoming LP 'ARTPOP.'

Meanwhile, Banks is crafting music for her own album titled 'Broke with Expensive Taste.' The collection is scheduled to arrive in stores in February.
