This is the season of giving back and B.o.B gave back to his Atlanta community in a big way. During his 23rd birthday party on Nov. 15, the 'Airplanes' rapper donated $10,000 to  the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless Foundation.

B.o.B stopped the music and presented the organization with a "big check" and then grabbed the mic to explain why it was important for him to give back to his community. “It’s my birthday, and even though it’s my birthday and people could give me things, I want to give back because I feel like my community is what’s important to me and what showed me the ropes and the fact that I can overcome," he said. "I just want to give back to show my thanks and appreciation.”

The Hosea foundation is a non-for-profit organization that feeds thousands of homeless families in the Atlanta region. B.o.B's big check will go a long way with helping them continue their charitable service for the needed during the holiday season.

B.o.B also challenged other rappers to match his generous donation. "The next artist to offer up 10 stacks, I’ll put up another 10 stacks for the same foundation,” he said. Wow! It will be interesting to see who will take him up on his altruistic dare.

Props to B.o.B for being so generous this holiday season. It's good look for the hip-hop community.
