Imagine, if you will, Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" being performed at one of Jay Gatsby's infamous parties. YouTube cover phenoms Postmodern Jukebox brought this fantasy to life with their jazzy new cover.

One highlight, right off the bat: The amazing whistle that highlights the jazzy intro. It only took 10 seconds for us to be utterly obsessed, and the rest of the cover is just as fantastic. Ariana Savalas slays the vocals — no easy task, considering the Lady Gaga is a fierce performer with a formidable voice of her own. Tap dancer Sarah Reich busts out some oldey-timey moves, adding to the 1920s vibe, and the band's snazzy instrumentation makes us feel like we're in the coolest speakeasy ever.

Postmodern Jukebox has previously revamped a ton of other pop hits, including M.I.A.'s "Paper Planes" and a personal favorite of ours, Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda."

In a way, this cover reminds us of Lady Gaga's own stripped-down performances. This piano-driven version of "Poker Face" serves as proof that with or without the avant-garde costuming, Mother Monster has raw talent.
