They made us laugh, they made us swoon -- and yes, they made our lives all the more interesting (and knowledgable) thanks to their online presence. See the nominees below!

Bethany Mota broke out of the Internet in 2014, sashaying her way into television and mainstream fame with her turn on 'Dancing With the Stars,' all while still maintaining that crazy YouTube success. Or maybe Internet-approved cuties like Cameron Dallas, the Janoskians or Nash Grier are more your thing -- and hey, we can't blame ya.

Still, there are YouTube staples like Jenna Marbles and Miranda Sings who are there for us when we're down, sure to cheer us up with a ridiculously hilarious video just when we need it most. And really, how could we get through the day without Michelle Phan's absolutely flawless makeup tutorials? We couldn't.
