Beyonce and Jay-Z might have their hands full with baby Blue Ivy right now, but the chart-topping duo are no strangers to multi-tasking. So it should be no surprise that the proud parents are staying busy with their ever-expanding list of entrepreneurial activities -- including helping design a line of apparel created to support President Obama in his bid for re-election.

Dubbed the 'Runway to Win' collection, the line was started by Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who enlisted a number of stars and fashion icons to come up with a variety of items, including scarves, t-shirts, tote bags, and jewelry. Others who have joined Beyonce and Jay-Z include Diddy, Russell Simmons, Marc Jacobs and Alexander Wang.

Beyonce's ties with the Obamas date back to the very beginning of their first term. Queen Bey sang a moving rendition of  'At Last' by Etta James at the Inaugural Ball.

According to MTV, Beyonce worked on her t-shirt with her mother Tina, and the two ladies collaborated on a design that includes inspirational phrases such as "yes we can," "words do inspire" and "transform a nation together." The shirt, along with the rest of the 'Runway to Win' collection, is scheduled to go on sale Feb. 7, with proceeds benefiting the Obama Victory Fund.
