No. 3: Jay-Z

With Kanye West rumored to have contributed to at least one track on ‘Believe,’ that leaves Jay-Z as probably the biggest superstar in hip-hop who has yet to work with Bieber. What would a Jay-Z and JB pairing sound like? The most logical outcome would be an R&B-tinged pop track where the rapper puts the song over the top with a simple guest verse, similar to Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella.’ Or maybe they can surprise us with something totally unexpected.
