Big Time Rush have jumped on board with First lady Michelle Obama's PALA (Presidential Active Lifestyle Award) challenge, which encourages kids to get outside and be active for at least an hour each day for six weeks.

Having the Nickelodeon boyband on the boat should help motivate pre-teens; and in this commercial, Kendall, James, Logan and Carlos show what they do to stay fit. The boys bring their message on behalf of Nick's Big Help, which pushes viewers to get involved in various activities, from saving the earth to volunteering.

Chitlins who want to participate are able to earn points based on their workouts -- be it swimming, basketball, walking -- and keep track of those fitness points online. At the end of the six weeks, the most active kids can get rewards, and potentially even a certificate signed by President Obama!

But the Rush guys aren't the first to team up with the First Lady. Beyonce and her 'Move Your Body' hit are a big push behind Mrs. Obama's 'Let's Move!' campaign, which instills solid activity during school hours. It's great to see such big pop artists out for such a good cause!
