The heavily rumored return of BoA is coming — and it's kicking off with a brand new song.

Following confirmation by SM Entertainment of a forthcoming album due our from the My Name icon this year, dongA confirms that BoA is releasing a digital single called "Spring Rain" on Friday, April 28 at 6 PM for SM's second season of their STATION series. The song's music video will be released on SMTOWN's YouTube channel at the same time.

According to the report, South Korean composer Kenzie crafted the PB R&B track, which features "sensual lyrics" about extreme emotions.

Kenzie is a longtime BoA collaborator, having worked on everything from "Milky Way" for Atlantis Princess up to "I Kiss" and the title track from My Name to "Moto" and "Garden In The Air" from Girls on Top.

BoA also participated in the first STATION season with the shimmering EDM track "No Matter What" with Beenzino, released last June. Season 2 of SM STATION has already provided hits like Red Velvet's "Would U," Baekhyun's "Take You Home" and Ten's "Dream in a Dream."
