Bow Wow Announces He Is a Proud Father

After much speculation, Bow Wow finally reveals that he is, in fact, a father of a young girl, who he affectionately calls "Shai Shai."

The 24-year-old rapper posted an open letter to his fans confirming the rumor that he's a proud daddy. "My lil girl is getting BIG fast. I love every minute of it," he writes. "She inspires me to go harder. Even made me treat my mother better, it's like it made me into a man over night."

The Cash Money solider continues by revealing that he loves changing her diapers and gets teary-eyed every time he see a picture of his daughter. "Sometimes I tear up cuz I just can't believe it, brotha be emotional. All in all, I'm good."

The baby's mother remains to be unidentified, and in Bow Wow's letter, he hints of some friction between her in regards of maintaining his parental duties. "The BS that comes with having a baby momma is expected. So I neva trip," he writes. "[Just] gotta suck it up keep chin high and try not let her get the best of my feelings by playin' them stupid games."

In closing, Bow Wow asks his fans to stick by him as he embarks on his new journey of fatherhood. "I know all my fans [are gonna] support me and ride for her like y'all been doin' my whole career."
