After numerous surgeries in the recent months, rocker Bret Michaels is ready to return to the stage as soon as next month!

In January, the Poison frontman had his latest medical procedure which repaired a hole in his heart.

"I am pumped to get back on the road and start rocking out on stage for all my awesome fans,” Michaels, 47, tells People magazine.

First up on his triumphant return is headlining the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series sponsored by the Competitor Group, with a four-city tour that kicks off March 27 in Dallas and benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

"Bret Michaels is bouncing back slowly, but surely to good health," a rep for the singer tells People. "After taking time to rest and recuperate from his recent heart procedure, he's already getting back into his active lifestyle by working out and running on the treadmill."
