Bridgit Mendler is stepping away from her Lemonade Mouth band mates for her first solo video with 'We Can Change the World.' Mendler is releasing the video in conjunction with Disney's Friends for Change initiative, which helps raise money for conservation projects worldwide.

The 'Good Luck Charlie' starlet is looking beautiful in a bright and vibrantly green landscape as she sings into a video camera that is broadcasting to fans all over the world. Mendler is spreading the Friends for Change message to her fans, which says we all need to band together to help protect our planet, and that even the smallest change can make a big difference.

As Mendler sings atop a mountain, looking very Julie Andrews in 'Sound of Music' minus the nun outfit, her fans and fellow Friends for Change supporters hold up signs with hopeful messages like "Be a friend, Start a trend" and "Every action starts a chain reaction." Before long, Mendler is joined by the various fans we see throughout the video for a high-energy dance party in the picturesque California countryside.

'We Can Change the World' is the third song released for Disney's Friends for Change campaign. The first, 'Send It On,' was performed by Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato; the second, 'Make a Wave,' was sung by Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas and raised more than $800,000 for Friends for Change.
