Britney Spears turned up the heat on opener DJ Pauly D last night when she gave him a lap dance on stage at her Montreal, Canada tour stop.

The 'Jersey Shore' star was summoned on stage and used as a prop during the pop star's rendition of 'Lace and Leather.' Spears began by playing to the crowd, while her back-up dancers occupied the DJ in a mock convertible.

Soon, the singer provocatively approached Pauly D and mounted a pole behind him. She then wrapped her legs around his neck and shoulders as the MTV reality star grinned from ear to ear. Sure, it wasn't a traditional "lap" dance, but no one was complaining.

"Wow Just Got A Lap Dance On Stage From @britneySpears !!!!!!," Pauly D tweeted, while Spears added, "Hope you enjoyed your dance! Was tough getting my legs around that big blowout : )."

The lap dance has been a consistent feature of the Femme Fatale tour, but fans are usually plucked from the audience for the honor. Pauly D is scheduled to open for Spears on six additional dates of the North American run, beginning on Aug. 17 in Grand Rapids, Mich. and wrapping on Aug. 25 in Charlotte, S.C.

“I am so excited to be performing on the Britney Spears Femme Fatale tour,” Pauly D said in a statement. “Britney is one of my favorite performers and certainly one of this generation’s most influential artists. It’s an amazing platform to connect with my fans around the country.”
