Oh, those Federlines!

Christopher Federline, the brother of Britney Spears' ex-husband and baby daddy Kevin Federline, filed a strange restraining order against the 'X Factor' judge a week prior to Christmas. Can't Brit catch a break, even during the holiday season?

C. Fed claims that Brit Brit not only stole his Capitol One credit card, but that she was planning to go public with the fact that her firstborn son Sean Preston was actually fathered by him, not his brother K. Fed.

Yeah, because Brit doesn't have her own credit cards to use and because Brit is the type to fake paternity. Puh-leez.

Federline says the singer snatched his credit card off her ex-husband's coffee table and racked up nearly $5,000 in charges, including purchases like vintage comic books.

Yeah, because Brit Brit looks the comic book geek and graphic novel type.

These charges get funnier by the minute.

The complaint stated: "She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin."

Yeah, because Brit doesn't have better things to do with her time.

The judge reportedly tossed the case. We bet he did so after having a chuckle at the charges.
