Britney Spears' adorable sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, seem like they'd be kept boys. So why does their father, Kevin Federline, want them flipping burgers?!

Reports say Federline fears his boys will grow up spoiled if they don't get jobs. "I'll have them working at Micky D's," Federline told Australia's Herald Sun newspaper (via AOL Music). "That's how we had to do it! I worked at a car wash. I worked at a pizza place. Things like that made me," he said. Funny, we thought marrying a pop star did that.

Federline credits his hard work as a youngster for his grounded attitude today. "I can be in this business now and I'm still the same person I am back then, because I know what I want out of life and how to treat people," he said.

Spears actually agrees with Federline that working will benefit their boys. "Now we've both agreed -- this is it, they are going to be at school [and] learn ... what it's like to be part of society as a normal kid," Federline said. "Preston and Jayden have missed out on so much of that with me and their mom being so busy all the time."

Hopefully their work ethic will inspire the boys to earn as much as their mom. But it's going to take a lot of hard labor to afford a palatial pad like this! We don't think they'll be flipping burgers for long, though -- from the looks of it, Sean Preston may grow up to be a dancer like his dad.
