Britney Spears Rejected by ‘Twilight’ Star Kellan Lutz
It's not everyday that Britney Spears gets rejected, but that's exactly what happened when she proposed to 'Twilight' Star Kellan Lutz to be her love interest.
Given, Brit was simply asking Mr. Lutz to play her lover in her upcoming music video for her new single, 'I Wanna Go,' but still. According to E! Online, the 'Till the World Ends' superstar first met the 'Twilight' hunk at the An Evening of Southern Style charity dinner she hosted earlier this month, and knew he'd be the man for the job -- but he graciously declined.
The joke's on him, because the leading man in the music video gets to rescue Brit from a press event and lock lips with her in a car. Oh, did we mention he gets to be a robot, too? Lutz, you're a sucker!
The video is currently being filmed in Los Angeles -- sans Lutz -- and be a different side of Ms. Spears. "It's very personality and action driven," a source said. "It's not really indicative of the song at all."
As for Britney's love interest in real life -- she's still going strong with beau Jason Trawick, despite calling it quits professionally.
