According to ABC News, the mom of two, who is famous for doing 1000 crunches a day, has a strict workout routine that includes at least 30 minutes of cardio. Spears also eliminated sugar from her diet and opted for healthier foods like chicken, salmon, brown rice and avocados. Though, we do know that Spears could never give up Starbucks, considering she is snapped coming out of the coffee establishment what seems like twice a day.
