Bruno Mars Loses His Lady Love in New ‘It Will Rain’ Video

Bruno Mars premiered the video for his song 'It Will Rain,' which is featured on the 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' soundtrack. In the video, Mars deals with the subject of love gone awry and all of the positive and negatives that come along with being in a serious relationship. This new video should also please Twi-hards, since it features all-new clips of Edward and Bella, as well.

In the video, we get to see Mars' romantic side, which is a far-cry from his previous goofy video for 'The Lazy Song.' The setting in the video displays the emotional quality of the song, with the apartment Mars and his girlfriend reside in looking gloomy and cold at times, while it feels bright and warm at others. The couple fights, makes up, fights some more, and makes up again before finally calling it quits. Mars is clearly devastated over losing the girl, and his performance feels cathartic at times.

As the clip comes to a close, we see Bruno writing a song, and the music seems to be helping cope with the breakup. However, at the very end, he is all alone standing in front of a rainy window, and this scene reflects his true loneliness. Mars does a great job of conveying the lyrics of 'It Will Rain' in a visual form, giving us glimpses of deep pain and joy in the new video.
