Bruno Mars performed his 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans' track 'Runaway Baby' live on the UK's 'X Factor,' pumping up the throwback sound of the high-energy song.

The hitmaker enlisted the help of back-up dancers and a full band, complete with lively horns. The crew, including Mars, was dressed in red suits, paired with black shirts and ties for a classic retro look.

About halfway through the song, Mars channeled James Brown and broke out into a little dance number, psyching up the crowd even more. Judge Kelly Rowland was seen dancing to the song with a huge smile on her face during the live results show.

Mars is currently on tour in the UK, wrapping up his overseas run on Nov. 2 at the the Apollo in Manchester. Things won't be slowing down for the star, who currently has the lead track on 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' soundtrack, 'It Will Rain,' and is reportedly working on the follow-up to his 2010 debut.

'Doo-Wops & Hooligans' earned Mars a slew of awards and nominations since its release, including a Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for 'Just the Way You Are.'
