Busta Rhymes picked up the Sweet 16: Best Featured Verse" award at the BET Hip-Hop Awards for 'Look at Me Now,' his massively popular and much loved collab with Chris Brown. Congrats to Busta for picking up the first televised award of the night and for one of the hottest songs of the year.

When the rapper hopped onstage and got behind the podium to make his speech, he said, "The best thing about winning an award is when you look at the people cheer for your win." He said that there is no greater feeling than knowing people are behind you and happy that you pulled out the win. It was an interesting perspective and it's also very true. It's always good to have the support of your peers, your scene, your associates and your friends at entertainment industry awards shows!

Busta also took a moment to welcome T.I. back to the land of the free. Tip opened the show and was clearly happy to be back and performing. We don't blame him.

Congrats again to Busta on the win. He had some pretty stiff competition -- like Nicki Minaj for her 'Monster' verse --  but he pulled it out.
