Caitlyn Jennner had certain understandable misgivings about coming out as a transgender person earlier this month, but it's clear in a promo for upcoming docu-series I Am Cait, she's ready to share her story. Or, as she puts it, "do some good."

In the clip above, Jenner introduces the project by first noting what it's taken to become comfortable in her skin, and the internal battle that many transgender people experience en route to self-acceptance.

"People don't understand looking into the mirror, and nothing seems right," she says honestly. "Putting on clothes that you just really don't identify with."

"This is about getting to be who you really are," she adds.

And evidently, who she is isn't exclusive to gender archetypes—Jenner promises some extreme sports to supplement the shopping and girl time she's excited for.

"We're gonna talk about everything," she insists excitedly. "We're gonna do a lot of fun things for the first time. We're gonna go shopping, for the first time—maybe even some boy stuff like ride a motorcycle, because girls do that too." And why not? Rev up that engine, Cait!

The video also finds Caitlyn hugging daughter Kylie, intently brushing back her hair in a mirror and looking out sentimentally onto the landscape outside her window. In other words, being a completely and unabashedly normal human being, which is what she is.

I Am Cait, an eight-part series, will premiere on July 26 at 8PM EST and air Sundays on E!

Check out the striking preview, and tell us what you hope to see from Caitlyn's show.
