After a tumultuous year that included leaving their previous record label, Capitol Records, and the tragic shooting death of member Montae 'M-Bone' Talbert in May, Cali Swag District have rebounded to dropped their long-awaited album 'Kickback.'

The 'Teach Me How to Dougie' outfit released their first single 'Can't Live Without My Music' and if you are looking for a follow-up to their once ambiguous dance hit -- this is not it.

On the song, the remaining Inglewood, Calif., group -- Corey Fawler (C-Smoove), Chante Glee (Yung), and Cahron Childs (JayAre) -- rap about what today's teenagers like: Fast cars, girls, money and partying. Sadly, their lyrics are not interesting enough to hold your attention.

Cali Swag District gets props for avoiding the pitfalls of being one-hit wonders. They could have taken the easy route and remade another 'Dougie' track, but they didn't. Unfortunately, 'Can't Live Without My Music' is simply a song that we all can live without.
