Calvin Harris vs. Charli XCX – Battle of the Brits, Round 2

Thanks to their fans, Calvin Harris and Charli XCX have been voted into Round 2 of Battle of the Brits! But which Electronic artist reigns supreme? Let's break it down.

Scottish DJ Calvin Harris has been featured on the Billboard charts in more than a dozen countries, thanks to his savvy lyrics and catchy beats for tracks like 'We Found Love' (with Rihanna), 'Sweet Nothing' (with Florence Welch) and most recently 'I Need Your Love' (with Ellie Goulding). Harris advanced after beating out Disclosure, who was no match for Rita Ora's boyfriend in the previous round.

Then we've got 20-year-old newcomer Charli XCX, who may not have as many hits on the chart (yet), but is on everyone's radar. With songs like 'Nuclear Sessions' and a feature on Icona Pop's 'I Love It,' this synth pop artist was able to cull 69% of the votes and beat out La Roux.
